Come join us at Growing In Health Florida for a transformative experience at the Raise The Bar One-Day Retreat! If you are like many busy professionals, such as lawyers and business owners, relaxing can be a struggle. We are not taught healthy coping mechanisms and often resort to alcohol, sweets, or other bad habits.

We will learn from four different holistic service providers in sound bowl healing, stress managment combined with meditation, EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping, and yoga. Lunch is included!
