Welcome to beautiful art gallery space filled with vibrations and sound. Here in the heart of the city you can find peace and solitude. Join us for a journey and dive into the sound of gongs Himalayan & therapeutic singing bowls tuning forks chimes and other sacred shamanic instruments.
Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body mind and soul. Therapeutic singing bowls are bowls designed specifically for Vibrational Sound Therapy.
The gong bath is an immersion in sacred and healing sound. It is an excellent therapy for stress related issues depression fatigue sleeping disorders anger feelings of fear separation and loneliness along with many other conditions related to the lack of balance and harmony in the body. Chimes are used for relaxation and healing sessions meditation music-therapy perinatal care as well as in educational work with children and adults.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will meet in a peaceful atmosphere to create a unique and highly personal experience.
We will lie down and begin with a short guided meditation or breathwork. No experience required. After that we will take a deep dive into the word of sound.
Sound bath usually lasts 60 min or a bit longer. I will start playing after guided meditation or short breathwork
All you need to do is to be present lie down and relax :)
Please don't be late and come 20-15 min earlier. We will lock the door and start at 6:30 .You can bring your own blanket eye cover and a pillow to feel as comfortable as you need. Drink lots of water or herbal tea before and after the sound bath. Please try to eat light meals that day. We provide mats but feel free to bring your own.
Please don't bring fur or any animal derived food to the gallery this is a cruelty free space we care a lot about human and nonhuman animals as well as the environment and Mother Earth.
