Rainbow Hub Waikato is proud to present our first ever Rainbow Wellbeing Workshop - One Day Waananga to be held in the 1st week of the School holidays on Friday the 12th of July from 9:00am - 4:00pm.This event is for Takataapui/MVPFAFF+/LGBTTQIA+/Rainbow Rangatahi aged 13-25 who would like to explore and empower their wellbeing through a Matauranga Maaori & Te Ao Maaori Lens.
The workshop is fully funded and therefore is free for all community members. The workshop will run from 9:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 4:00pm with a free catered lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm to connect over kai.
Our facilitators will take you on a journey through Takataapuitanga, and help you discover hauora and wellbeing tools that you can add to your kete to help build your resilience and support your mental health.
The one day Waananga will be hosted at Rainbow Hub Waikato, Level 1, 36 Bryce Street in our Event space, and spaces are limited to 30 people.You’ll need to get in quick to grab your spot - to register email [email protected]
