Rainbow Support Circle

The Rainbow Support Circle provides a nurturing environment for LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF individuals to explore various mental health topics within a welcoming and empowering group setting, fostering mental well-being through open discussions and mutual understanding. We strive to create a safe space where folks can share their experiences and receive the support they need to navigate their mental health journey with confidence.

About this month's session:

Here in this session, we'll discuss the challenges of navigating intimate relationships within the LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF communities. We'll explore the impact of relationships on our mental health and well-being as well as opportunities to build connections within our community. This session is for adults 18 and over.

FREE Session, RSVP required. Small group limited to 10 participants per month.

A waiver will be provided for signature upon arrival to participatge in the Rainbow Support Circle session.
