Looking for a way to spend your free time? Do you love reading books focused on queer characters and/or authors? Well now’s your chance to get involved with LubbockPRIDE’s Queer Book Club, the Rainbow Readers! We are back in action and our next meeting will be Saturday, August 16th at Mahon Library beginning at 4:00 PM.
We’ll be diving into The Lilac People. It is a historical fiction set in prewar and war-torn Berlin and revolves around a trans man’s journey to survive and protect him, his family, and his community.
