Format for Advisory Board Meetings: Residents may be placed on the agenda either during the Agenda Item public comment portion (if related to items specifically listed on the agenda) or during the General Public comment portion (for items not listed on the agenda.) You will be given 5 minutes to speak. If you do not want to be placed on the agenda but would like to speak that night there will be a sign up sheet on the podium by the entrance of the room. You will be given two (2) minutes to speak. If you are attending the meeting please remember to turn off/mute all cell phones and electronic devices.
