Class Description: Move through a co-guided mindfulness and breath practice (seated meditation + pranayama), a restorative asana (drawing from lunar, hatha, and prana vinyasa influences), and end with a guided meditative rest (yoga nidra) all accompanied by a soothing eco-soundscape.
Sky Studio is located just west of downtown in the residential neighborhood behind Moss Mansion @ 101 Lewis Ave, Billings, MT 59101.
