While our studio is undergoing a small renovation, we are heading out into the community to offer a few classes. Stop by and join us for a bit of movement and mindfulness. Class Description: Carving Space is a blend of ballet floor barre, pilates, yoga, and dynamic stretching. This mat based session will flow through a full body practice focused on spinal mobility, hip stability, flexibility, as well as pelvic floor and core strengthening.

Rock 31 is located downtown just around the corner from our studio at the intersection of Sky Point @ 201 N. Broadway Billings, MT 59101. We’ll be meeting in the downstairs multi-purpose room.
