Installing a rain barrel on your property is a win-win!
Rain barrels collect and store rainwater from rooftops and can be used for watering gardens. In addition to conserving water, rain barrels prevent erosion by minimizing the volume and speed of runoff onto your yard. Plant health benefits from rainwater that is free from chlorine and other chemicals commonly found in tap water.
Do it Yourself Workshop: Build your own rain barrel and take it home to start collecting rainwater from your roof, driveway or sidewalk.
