Are you interested in robotics and STEM? Are you looking for a hands-on, light-hearted activity for the summer? Want to experience the thrill of robotics competitions? Join us at our Raider Robotics Camp for high school students!
This commuter summer camp will provide an opportunity for high School students to grow their engineering skills by learning how to build and program an assortment of robots.
These robots are designed to show students what working on a robot is like when on a competitive robotics team, and how skills in STEM can be applied in a hands-on way!
Students will experience what being on a FIRST Tech Challenge team, what programming a FIRST Robotics Competition robot is like and how robotics can be a fun and rewarding experience!
Commuter Camp Details:
Dates: June 5 - 7
Grades: Incoming 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th
Location: TTU Livermore Center
Time: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM Each Day
Price: Free
Students will need to bring a sack lunch for the lunch break while at camp! A map will be released showing where to drop off students.
Here is a map of the different drop off locations for students each day. Students can be dropped off at the Computer Engineering parking lot in the back, Livermore Center, or at the Engineering Key in front of the Engineering Center.
Students will need to be picked up at 3:30 PM each day they are at camp.
