Please carpool as much as possible! Parking is limited, especially later in the afternoon and evening.
Cost: $30.00 for adults. SCA members will receive a $10 member discount off the cost listed. Youth (age 17 and under) tickets are free. You will want to bring your own feast gear, including bowls and cups. Evening meal is served at 6pm and includes soup, pretzels, and sausages. Lunch is on your own or bringing something to contribute to the hospitality table.
Come and join us – the setting is a warm tavern at a cold winter crossroads. Who knows what interesting persons you may meet there?
There will be games and music, bards and rogues, swords and dueling (both heavy and rapier, weather permitting). An evening meal is included for the money you give to enter and shelter from the cold.
Games-masters will be on hand to teach and encourage playing games for fun and profit. A small purse of tokens will come with your entry, or bring your own treasures. A fire master will ensure that the outdoor fire is well stocked, and ingredients for a special treat will be available to roast on sticks. The Fromage Fete party band has been asked to play music for all to hear all afternoon and evening, and a dance master has been procured to teach us dances both fancy and flirty.
Mischief and mayhem, song, drink, dancing, and games of strategy, skill, and sword fighting will be in vogue. All at the Tavern of the Raging Rogue.
Volunteer opportunities are available at Gate (hourly shifts from 1pm to 7pm), in the Kitchen (the Kitchen Head will designate schedules), Set Up (11am-1pm), Tear Down (9-10pm), and Fire Minding (hourly shifts from 5pm-9pm).
