Cooking classes start at 6pm, last about 2.5 hours and includes full dinner. Drink can be purchased as you like. The classes are demonstrated by Ragini, who will not only teach you how to make the dishes, but also dive into spice culture. Due to our focus on seasonality and market availability we only decide the menus a few days ahead of the class. However each class includes 3–4 dishes meat ,poultry or seafood, vegetarian, rice or bread. Please note these classes are demonstrated and not hands on.Hosted and taught by Ragini Dey, the classes are kept small, making it easy to ask questions and get up close and personal with all the sights and smells of Ragini's Cooking. Cook through 3-4 different dishes, and learn the secrets about spices! The class includes tappas starters and all 3-4 dishes from the class. Our classes take place in Ragi's New Deli. bookings here
