A Workshop for Radically Authentic & Genuine Emotions.This is a place not just focused on rage, but instead, learning to be completely authentic with yourself and learning to be fully present with all emotions: the good, the bad, the ugly.
While the idea of "RAGE Yoga" seems paradoxical, it allows for people to practice accepting and embracing all emotions - not just "love and light". This workshop will focus on letting go of the things that do not serve you - the things we don't always talk about. Maybe it's that co-worker on your last nerve, the state of America / the uncertainty of literally all the things, bills that are full-grown Williams, etc. By letting go of all the heaviness through humor, music, movement, and a scream (or two, if you need to). We acknowledge that IT'S OK to not always be ok.
