Rage Yoga @ PJ McIntyre's Irish Pub

Picture a conventional yoga class. Now add a kickass soundtrack, middle fingers, some screaming, and a lot of laughter. Sprinkle some swear words in there too. You’ll be guided through breath work and postures, some traditional and some more rage-ified. Our classes stress the importance of creating a space where you can practice in whichever way is right for you in that moment, giving you the tools to connect to your badass self.
