About this Event
Tired of the same old warmth and good feelings year after year? Ragazzi Continuo invites you to a blusterier choral experience this season with "Winter Wind". From a tale of an ice-trapped ship in Diane Loomer's "Frobisher Bay", to the awakening of an ancient spirit of winter in Henry Purcell's "What Power Art Thou?", these ghostly and gorgeous songs remind us that the holidays are also a time to be haunted by your past, present, and future until you become a better person.
When the spirits have calmed, let us treat you to some lesser-known but remarkably warm carols of the season, including Gabriel's Message, Pat-a-Pan, Noel Nouvelet, What Child Is This?, and more. We'll also have several arrangements from Continuo alumni and current members, arranged specifically for us and sung as only we can.
We hope you'll shiver, with excitement rather than chill, when you feel Continuo's "Winter Wind".
Tickets are on sale now, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this wonderful music with you!
