Ragaey Hussein started his dance career with the famous Reda Troupe in 1988 and has been a staple in the largest and most prestigious festival in Egypt, Ahlan Wa Sahlan, to date. Why folk dance? To master your craft, you have to learn the roots of the art form, which is Folklore dance, and we believe that learning from native artists who have a passion for teaching is the way to go.
This is why the L.A. Bellydance Academy proudly hosts Ragaey Hussein in Los Angeles for the first time for workshops and performances.
