Feel the heat of West Africa and West Oakland as African musical titan MAMADOU SIDIBE (N'goni, vocals) joins forces with Oakland's own BOBBY WALLACE(Percussion, vocals) and NICCO TYSON (Guitar, vocals) for this unforgettable LIVE sunset concert at Oakland's #1 Waterfront Venue. Adding to the mix is stellar New-Orleans-influenced drummer CARL BARONE.
Radio AFRO-FUNK turns the dial to groove-heavy traditional and new music from Mali, along with original compositions from The Town, all infused with dizzying improvisation and adventurous rhythmic arrangements.

Yes, we think it IS possible to have "nice things" again like live performance events, IF we all work together!
IMPORTANT: You will be required to wear a mask to enter the venue. You may take off your mask when seated at your table to eat and drink.
SEATS/TABLES/BENCHES will be socially distanced. This means it will be imperative that you do not move them around or change tables once seated. Also, please book your tickets accordingly: coming in a group of 4? Select 4 seats at checkout. This really helps us plan and setup the space in advance as much as possible. VIP tickets and parties booked at the same time of 4 or more will have a reserved table. All other tickets will be seated first come first serve - tables are limited so come early to get a table.
