Radical Stillness: A Trauma-Informed Sound Experience An evening of rest, release, and reclamation for pregnant and postpartum black and brown moms. This isn’t your typical wellness event! It’s a soft rebellion against the culture of overdoing. You are invited to pause, breathe, and remember what it feels like to simply BE!
