About this Event

Rebel Well presents... Radical Self Acceptance!

If you are on a journey of self love, exploration, & transformation then this is the event for you! When we learn to truly witness & accept ourselves for who we are, right now... life opens up to us in ways we never thought possible. Sometimes when on a healing path, we start to develop a belief that we need to aim to be "fixed", that the more inner work we do, the more worthy we will be of love and acceptance. What if you truly understood that you are already worthy of those things now??

Come and join for this transformative workshop led by Este Marie of Rebel Well to connect with likeminded folks & cultivate more skills of self love & acceptance.

We will begin with a connection circle featuring the upcoming card deck "F*ck Shame" being released by Rebel Well in the fall. This card deck has 5 categories, and you will be invited to select cards to answer based on "regular" & "extra spicy"! These cards are not only deep and connecting, but also fun and playful.

Then we will transition over into playing some authentic relating games, games designed to facilitate connection beyond the surface, centered around self acceptance.

We will move into journaling and sound healing sessions to integrate everything that we dive into.

This will be held at a peaceful studio in central Austin, please bring a journal and pen, water bottle and anything else you'd like to feel comfortable. This is one workshop you don't want to miss!
