How to prepare:

* Come comfy!!! Bring a pillow and/or blanket. The name of the game is COMFORT, COMFORT COMFORT!

* Water bottle

* Bring your yoga mat

* Journal (if you want)

* An eye mask. If you don't have one, I provide them for you to keep!
