This 60-minute floor yoga session focuses on releasing stress from the body, giving special attention and care to joint mobility and muscle tightness. Use a combo of breathwork, somatics, and yoga to explore what you’re holding in your body and how you can most effectively release it.This is a stellar class for ongoing self care and a great gateway to developing a kinder, more nurturing relationship with both your body and mind. Think gentle yoga with a deep dive into your own personal fields of awareness. All sessions are beginner friendly and community inclusive.
