Is this workshop right for me?

This workshop is designed for curious newcomers, as well as those with some knowledge and experience of Radical Honesty, and for anyone interested in learning to communicate authentically and improving their life and relationships.

However, If you have a diagnosed mental health condition (such as bi-polar, a personality disorder or C/PTSD), please contact Law to discuss whether this workshop is suitable for you.

Important Note: Radical Honesty workshops are a facilitated practice space for participants to experiment with authentic relating, and are not ‘group therapy'. Whilst the trainers seek to create a context and container for intense emotions and reactions - this can be overwhelming for some participants to witness.
