What you can expect from this weekend workshop

  • A beginner’s introduction to the practice of Radical Honesty
  • An intentional context that will encourage you to notice the ways in which you normally hide yourself and withhold from others
  • Guided group and paired exercises with other participants

  • Emphasis on your in-the-moment experience and physical sensations as they relate to your emotional state
  • Direct and honest feedback on your way of being
  • Guidance and support for future conversations, post workshop
  • Laughter, fear, anger and sadness
  • The opportunity to make a whole lot of new friends.

Is this workshop right for me?

This workshop is designed for curious newcomers, as well as those with some knowledge and experience of Radical Honesty, and for anyone interested in learning to communicate authentically and improving their life and relationships.

However, If you have a diagnosed mental health condition (such as bi-polar, a personality disorder or C/PTSD), please contact Law to discuss whether this workshop is suitable for you.

Important Note: Radical Honesty workshops are a facilitated practice space for participants to experiment with authentic relating, and are not ‘group therapy'. Whilst the trainers seek to create a context and container for intense emotions and reactions - this can be overwhelming for some participants to witness.
