Face the fact that we often lie to ourselves and other people. We pretend, manipulate, and withhold how we actually feel and what we actually think. This creates stress, dis-ease, and more of the same of what we are trying to prevent by telling the lie in the first place.

Our relationships, families, and workplaces are often built on lies, withholding, and posturing. Over time, we end up shamed, stressed, depressed, disconnected, and trapped in our thoughts.

After your first workshop, you can attend advanced group meetings and longer workshops, in order to expand your circle of honest friends and continue personal growth within an honest community.

Please arrange your travels in a way that allows you to be present the entire weekend. If you have any problems with this, let us know in advance.

No refunds, unless we cancel the workshop due to covid or other emergencies. In case you cancel, you can transfer your payment to another workshop if you let us know 10 days before the workshop starts. After that, transfers are not possible.

Jūra Glo is a trauma-informed Radical Honesty trainer and personal coach in honesty, intimacy, and sexuality. She has led Radical Honesty practice groups since 2014 and found the largest Radical Honesty community in Europe. Currently, she studies developmental and attachment trauma (NARM), thus, her work is sharp in precision and gentle in nature.

Jūra is trained in somatic psychotherapy, individual & couples coaching, Tantra yoga, conscious sensuality, and therapeutic bodywork. Her wide range of professional backgrounds provides a safe and playful environment to experience diverse expressions and ways of being together.
