Celebrate Yourself is an empowering, joyful 2-hr yoga and mindfulness workshop designed for kids to embrace their unique qualities and achievements. Through playful yoga poses, uplifting affirmations, and guided meditation, children will cultivate self-love and confidence. In addition, kids will create a feel-good jar filled with handwritten wins and affirmations, serving as a visual reminder of their accomplishments and positive mindset. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 4. Students should wear comfortable yoga attire. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
