About this Event
The Radiant Soul Retreat is a methodically designed restful and introspective journey inward through the five koshas, the subtle bodies of the human energetic system. Curated to revitalize the sacred relationship with your Inner Self, this full-day retreat at the beautiful Sky Pond Retreat employs the healing arts of reiki, sound, yoga, meditation, and silence, as well as the serenity of nature, to venture deep into the peace and radiance that exist within the core of You.
We will begin by connecting to the external world through each of our senses, using nature to anchor us into the presence of the day.
With heightened awareness to our physical location, we can then attune into our physical state - which parts of the body are providing messages of tightness or ease, aching or heaviness, warmth, tingling, etc….exploring the sensations of our physical self just as they are in that moment, in order to connect the mind to the body. This process will use vinyasa yoga, a gentle flow sequence, to invoke moving meditation.
As the body returns to stillness, attention to the breath will rise. We will stay with this layer next, exploring the space within ourselves and modifying our breathing techniques to access the more subtle of sensations.
Lead by a soothing sound bath to bring the nervous system to rest, we will descend into a period of silent free time for a portion of the day. This will be space for reflection, contemplation, journaling, resting, and being with what is.
The day will close collectively around the firepit to create a supportive transition back into our individual landscapes, seeing through a refined lens and leading from an open heart.
