A supportive choir for adults experiencing bereavement or grief. Facilitated by an accredited music therapist, this choir aims to support a person's journey, and increase coping, self-efficacy and self-esteem. Participants will be encouraged to connect to one another to find support, and find an emotional release and feelings of joy through singing as a group. Facilitated by Kathleen Skinner, MMT, MTA, RP.
The program is 8 weeks long, sessions are 90 minutes. $200.00+HST.
Mondays 2:00-3:30pm
