Our women's circles are trauma informed and offer a safe, confidential, and nurturing space for us to come together with like-hearted women and share, release and restore, be uplifted and encouraged in a supportive environment.
Join me, Rachie Knewstubb, an accredited, qualified and registered holistic therapist, and your fellow soul sisters in circle, where you will be guided safely through your vulnerabilities, and enhancing your self-love journey.
With a grounding meditation, creative journalling, heart opening and somatic body practices to help drop into your body and connect with your heart and souls' desires. You'll leave our circles filled with a renewed sense of calm and courage.
This circle is designed specifically for women mid 30’s and over.
