Wellness Coach Lynn Crimando dives into how we can all enhance our health and happiness later in lifeAbout this Event
Radiant Aging: It's Never Too Early (or Too Late) to Prepare for Your Third ChapterAccording to the latest report from the US Census Bureau, the U.S. older population (ages 60+) grew at fastest rate from 2010 to 2020 since the years from 1880 to 1890. Today, about 1 in 6 people in the US are aged 65 and over. Compare that with 1920, when the number was less than 1 in 20. While advances in areas such as science, engineering, medicine, and education have set the stage for a longer potential lifespan, that still leaves a key question: How will you inhabit the third chapter of your life?In this workshop we'll look at what the latest research shows about how our lifestyle choices–our day-to-day exercise habits, eating habits, and social life–impact both the quality and quantity of our final decades. No matter what decade of life you're currently in, it's never too early–or too late to set the stage for a radiant third chapter! The Sanctuary is handicapped accessibleHearing assist devices are available
