The Swiss, Germans & Austrians eat raclette regularly in the winter months. We are big fans & want to share this fun experience with you.For $75 you will enjoy raclette (copious amounts of gooey, melted cheese), all the fixings (think potatoes, sliced meat, bread & veggies) & there will be wine. Beverage expert Elizabeth Rachu will be pairing the raclette with some wonderful wines (or a mockatil if you choose). Warm up this winter with cheese & wine!
