Racine HarborFest is back! The first HarborFest took place in 1987. From 1988 to 2007 the event was hosted at Festival Park in downtown Racine, Wisconsin. The event drew up to 30,000 people annually. After an article about reviving HarborFest on the front page of the Racine Journal Times on April 1, 2024, the enthusiasm to reestablish HarborFest in 2025 has been enormous!
