Crimean-born, London-based pianist and composer Teodor Doré makes his Carnegie debut with a program that includes transcriptions of Rachmaninoff’s works for piano trio and vocals as well as the first movement of the recently arranged so-called 'Lost Suite in D minor’ for piano trio, alongside some of Doré's own compositions. The world premiere of Dore’s ‘La Suite Romana,’ performed by the La Toscanini Orchestra in Lerici, was honored with congratulations from His Majesty King Charles III and His Holiness Pope Francis. We are also delighted to introduce the incredible musicians who will join Teodor for his Carnegie debut: distinguished cellist Sergey Antonov, gold medalist of the International Tchaikovsky Competition; the remarkable soprano Anastasiya Roytman; and acclaimed violinist Taisiya Losmakova.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
