Come on out to The Aviary on the evening of July 17 to celebrate the release of my brand-new album, Hibernate!Hibernate is a collection of songs and stories that draw attention to specific pieces of the human experience and the planet we live on. The inspiration behind this album is ultimately 'the art of paying attention', not just in regard to the natural world, but also in regard to how we as humans experience life and how we relate to one another.
Although much of the live music I do is solo, this time around I'll be joined by a talented crew of musicians: Vanessa Wilson, Jon Guenter, Connor Walsh, and Brett Hansen.
Opening up the night is the incredible Esther Forseth-- an alt-pop artist from Edmonton who will captivate you with her unique lyricism and moody vocals.
