About this Event
On the 15th of March 2022, Ron and Adam departed from the Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium in Japan for the start of a 209 day, 16,500km, 14 country bicycle ride to Auckland, New Zealand for the opening game of the delayed women's Rugby World Cup 2021.
The primary purpose of the journey is to raise funds for ChildFund Rugby, the incredible sport for development program that is the Principal Charity Partner of the RWC.
Ron and Adam will also once again be tasked with carrying a special package on behalf of World Rugby and DHL - that being the official commemorative match whistle that will be delivered to the referee for the opening game of the tournament.
Adam and Ron look forward to sharing a few stories from the road and enjoying an evening with friends old and new.
