Craven complete's 'race ready' coaching camp is an ideal to camp to sharpen your winter skills and develop 'inner racing bunny' ready for the season ahead.
For some, it helps tune technique whilst for others it is an introduction to higher-intensity activity and hone race-specific skills. We even throw in a mini'triathlon to see how you are getting on.
The fully-coached camp is held at the 4-star THB tropical island hotel located in the Playa Blanca resort. Both hotel and location are perfect to host the camp all it's activities.
Hotel facilities include a 44m/4 lane pool (which we can have exclusive early morning access) as well as a number of smaller ones, well equipped gym and various courts for those running drills. The bike hire shop is also located on the hotel grounds.
Surrounding the hotel, we have multiple loops; starting at just a mile, that we can use to coach all the cycle skills you could ever need. A gorgeous beach is also located 10-15 mins walk away.
As well as coaching the swimming, cycling and running disciplines; workshops on nutrition, training plan structure, wellness, S&C and - well - anything you would like us to include.....
Full physio-cover gives the option for a personalised rehabilitation plan; whether to return after an injury or help with prevention
We use fully coached sessions to build style so you are much more efficient in what you do. If you are a very poor swimmer, lack confidence on the bike or feel your running needs some TLC; this is the camp you need to come on. We also do workshops in nutrition, how to put a training plan together and - well anything else you want to learn.
We also provide full physio cover with an option to provide personalised rehabilitation to injured triathletes wanting to return to action.
All staff are novice-friendly and pride ourselves on our holistic approach to triathlon.
