Guided by Shannon, participants will consider their unique origin story, cultural influences, and lived experiences through writing exercises and group discussions.
Participants can expect to:
- Delve into the roots of their personal narratives to understand how these stories shape interactions with others.
- Learn practical tools for addressing conflict fatigue and strategies for recharging from burnout.
- Practice techniques for meaningful dialogue, active listening, and cultivating empathy in everyday interactions.

- Curiosity to explore new perspectives and challenge assumptions.
Attendees may choose from the following tiers of ticket cost:
- Tier 1: $15: This ticket is a budget-friendly option to ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation and is subsidized by Tier 2 and 3 ticket buyers.
- Tier 2: $25: This reduced priced ticket is for those who can give a little more while still meeting budget goals.
- Tier 3: $35: Pay it forward! This ticket helps make the workshop more accessible and allows other participants to attend at a reduced cost.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and workshop runs from 5:30-8 p.m. A meal and beverage will be provided to attendees.
