✅These race events are NATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIONS for solo and sidecar machines. All races will be run in a clockwise direction, all events will be held on the FULL CIRCUIT.

- Your Rider net ID (username) = Licence Number

✅ LICENCES
All licenses need to be applied for on https://www.ridernet.com.au/ under your profile.
SOUTHERN DOWNS LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- COACHING: Annual recreational licence or one event recreational licence.
- TRACK DAY: Annual recreational licence or one event recreational licence
- RACING: Annual national licence or one event competition licence (one event competition can be obtained when entering the event)
✅ TRANSPONDER DEPOSIT
You can prepay for your transponder deposit for the year via the Sporties website - member.motorcyclesportsmen.com.au
THE DEPOSIT IS $100 WHICH WILL BE RETURNED AFTER THE FINAL ROUND OF RACING IN 2023
Log into your Sporties account and then go to the Events page and select the 2023 transponder deposit event to enter details for your deposit, make sure you enter your bank account details so we can refund the deposit
If you are unable to do this, you can pay on the day with cash or via eftpos and it will be refunded on the day or we can add it to your online account for you.
✅ TRANSPONDER BRACKETS
If you do not have a Bracket for the new X2 transponders then you will also need to buy a bracket for $15 - this can also be pre purchased at member.motorcyclesportsmen.com.au which you can then collect from the Timing team at the track in the morning at sign on.
✅ SPECTATORS? Come one come all! It's a free event and spectators are more than welcome. However, please respect our officials and any directions they give you during your attendance.

? Camping can be booked only by competitors with their race entries
There are strict rules about camping and it is limited to 50 people per night.
In the interests of safety we ask that you (the camper) comply with the following guidelines:
? That Morgan Park Raceway and Motorcycling Queensland assumes no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other related harm suffered by competitors, spectators and/or others.
? This camping area does not have lighting or established footpaths and we as campers, acknowledge and accept these conditions.
? Loud music, foul language and general unruliness will not be tolerated.
? Quiet hours are from 8.30pm to 7.00am in the camping area. All generators must be shut down between 8.30pm and 7.00am.
? No fireworks, No drugs and No underage consumption of alcohol allowed anywhere on the property. The laws relating to these matters are applicable here, as they are in any public place.
? NO FIRES ALLOWED. Total Fire BAN.
Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided or take it with you. Do not leave it lying around to attract flies and vermin.
? Please leave the camping area in the same condition as when you arrived.
???Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in you being ejected from the property.???
Security is present all night at racing events. You will require a wristband to get in and out of the track - gates locked at 9pm sharp you may not enter/exit after this time except for emergencies.
No camping allowed the Wednesday or Thursday before events or Sunday after events. No camping allowed at weekend track days.
