About this Event
Get ready for the ultimate team building adventure with our 'Race Across West Yorkshire'! Inspired by BBC's 'Race Across the World', this thrilling event will have teams racing through the heart of West Yorkshire and raising money for Forget Me Not.
On the morning of the race, teams will gather at the RRG Toyota Garage Huddersfield from 7.00am, before being taken to an undisclosed starting location to start the race from 8am. From there, each duo will navigate through a series of checkpoints, participating in engaging activities and competing for fantastic prizes along the way.
With a strict 12-hour time limit, teams must use their wits, teamwork, and resourcefulness to make it to the final destination. This is not just a race against the clock, but a test of strategy, stamina and skill.
Each company can enter up to one team, with each team consisting of two people. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to represent your organisation, bond with colleagues, and explore West Yorkshire like never before.

Who can take part?
We're looking for businesses to take part in this fantastic new corporate challenge.
Entry fee: £250 per team
Sponsorship pledge: Minimum £500 per team
What does the price include?
- Bag containing travel cards, map, drinks and snacks
- Forget Me Not hoodie (to be worn on the day)
- Entry to awards evening with reception drink and canapes on Monday 24th March 7-9pm at the John Smiths Stadium.
Distance: who knows? It all depends how you get from checkpoint to checkpoint
What do we need to do in preparation for the day?
- Decide a team name
- Start fundraising towards your minimum £500 target.....it doesn't have to stop at £500
What should I wear?
Appropriate footwear and clothing for running/walking and the Great British weather!
