- Bring ID and valid proof of vaccination or negative test result.
- Dress code is semi formal.

? All guests need to show a EU Digital COVID Certificate. This means that if you have a COVID Vaccine pass from outside the EU you will need to take a test in Finland (or from another EU country) that shows a negative result. Your test will be valid for 72 hours. There are some countries outside the EU that work with the EU COVID Certificate if you link them up (meaning you don't have to take a test if you have a covid pass from that country, e.g. the UK). The Aave Companies ("Aave") welcomes your participation in the rAAVE Helsinki held at The Train Factory (the "Event") on December 2, 2021. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, you agree to the terms below (the “Release”). If you do not want to agree to these terms, you cannot participate in the Event. You acknowledge that Aave is relying on your agreement to these terms when it allows you to participate in the Event.
You acknowledge that Aave or third parties retained by Aave may photograph, film, videotape, or otherwise capture your image or record you. You hereby grant Aave the right in perpetuity and throughout the world, with no further compensation to you or any third party, to use your photograph, video, or film portrayal, audio recording, image, name (if you provided it), or any other personal characteristic or physical or vocal likeness, in Aave promotional materials including on websites and social media accounts. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT OF APPROVAL AND WAIVE ANY CLAIM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS BASED ON INVASION OF PRIVACY, DEFAMATION, AND RIGHT OF PUBLICITY) ARISING OUT OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING USES.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE EVENT PRESENTS THE RISK OF INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND THAT ANY OF THE FOREGOING MAY RESULT FROM OR BE COMPOUNDED BY THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE OF AAVE. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AND THE RISK THAT YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO OR CONTRACT COVID-19 BY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, AND THAT THIS MAY RESULT IN ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME THE FOREGOING RISKS, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF AAVE OR OTHERWISE.
You hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against Aave and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), arising out of or attributable to your participation in the Event, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Company or any Releasees or otherwise. This waiver and release does not extend to claims that applicable law does not permit to be released by agreement.
This Release shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
BY SIGNING UP TO ATTEND rAAVE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE AAVE.
