The seasonal Rescue Road Trip of R House is an initiative to bring the community together through conscious tourism. With each trip, we go to amazing places while bringing help to shelters and also bringing awareness to others about the rescue animal situation here in Vietnam!
This time, we will go visit Saigon Time Shelter in Binh Chanh and then head to lake Tri An in Dong Nai where we will stay at a glamping site with great airconditioned tents and fun activities!
The trip is completely pet-friendly, so it's a great opportunity to bring your furbaby and make a difference! Each baby will be charged 200.000VND addition as extra payment for transport and accommodations!
Each package is inclusive of a 250.000VND donation directly to the shelter we visit. Meanwhile, you can still bring as much in-kind donations or additional cash fund as you want and we will drop it off at the shelter during the trip!
This is our schedule:
March 2 Saturday
6AM: Pickup at R House Thao Dien
8AM: Arrival at Saigon Time Shelter Binh Chanh
10AM: Departure, lunch+sharing session over coffee along the way as we drive to Dong Nai
2PM: Arrival, check-in, free time
630PM: BBQ Dinner, bonding, bonfire
March 3 Sunday
6AM: Wakeup and Standup Paddle (if you want!)
7:30AM: Breakfast
9AM - 11AM: Hike (if you want!)
12NN: Checkout - free time then shower before 5PM
5PM: Depart Dong Nai
8 - 9PM: Arrival @ R House Thao Dien
Inclusions are:
· 250.000 vnd shelter donation & VISIT
· 25-seater bus Transport from Thao Dien
· Overnight glamping accommodation
· Welcome drink on arrival day
· BBQ Dinner 6-7 full dishes (Feb 24)
· Breakfast with water (Feb 25)
· Unlimited coffee, tea, noodles, eggs at the 24-hour self-service counter
· Swimming pool with life jacket support
· Cycling around the mudflats to welcome the sunrise and sunset until your legs are tired
· Build a campfire to gather together
*Breakfast, lunch on Saturday and lunch, dinner on Sunday + your pet's food are at your own cost! ^_^
