This continuous physical practice offers you a space to reconnect to your body and the wildness within. The practice is improvisation-based, with its methodology derived from concepts of flow, effort, and sweat. The practice aims to bring the body and mind into a readied state of awareness, playful creativity, and sensitive focus. By practicing coordination, rhythmic phrasing, and shifting physical qualities, each participant enriches their movement language and nourishes their passion for movement.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Jens-Antonio Schyth Brøndum is a contemporary movement artist born in Guatemala City, trained in the US, and currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark. While working as a freelance dancer throughout Europe and Asia, Jens-Antonio has spent many years developing his own teaching practice. A practice that reflects his many years as a physical mover and his thoughts on the potential of contemporary movement. Recently, Jens-Antonio has been invited to teach numerous workshops in Japan, Hong Kong, and various European countries.
