It seems that it is much harder to follow up on those resolutions than it is to come up with ambitious plans on New Year's Eve after the third glass of bubbles...
That's why we want to dedicate the first Rört Special of 2025 to habits, how to form new ones and how to break bad ones. We did a similar special two years ago that was very popular, so let's make habit building our habit. We'll take a lot of inspiration from the classic "Atomic Habits", discuss some of the main ideas and spend some time workshopping interactively.
Whether you want to get new ideas on how to build better habits or simply find comfort by realizing that you're not the only one struggling, the evening will probably offer both. 😉
