Connect with your inner zen with free Tai Chi session at the Art Gallery at Royal Park.
As part of QVMAG's celebrations for Lunar New Year 2025, the Year of the Snake, join Launceston tai chi teacher Grant Scurr on Saturday 8 February.
In this 20 minute session, you'll learn basic movements and experience the health benefits of this ancient and accessible practice.
