This transformational event celebrates the power of living with authenticity at work, at home, and in the world. It reminds us that “coming out” is not a one-time moment but a lifelong, deeply personal journey—layered by culture, race, gender identity, ability, faith, and more.
This year’s theme, Many Journeys, One Minnesota, reflects our shared commitment to building a state where everyone can bring their whole selves to everything they do—and be embraced for exactly who they are.
