Get ready for a night of brain-busting fun and fantastic prizes at our Quiz Night Fundraiser! Here's the lowdown on what promises to be an epic evening:When & Where: Clear your calendar for Saturday, 20th July at GRC. Doors swing open at 6:30 PM, and we dive into the quiz action at 7:00 PM sharp.
Tickets: Snap up your tickets for just $25 each. This includes mouth-watering pizza and top-notch DJ tunes. Plus, each ticket is your golden ticket for prize draws and spot prizes! The deadline to grab your tickets is 30th June. Please make payment to the nominated person in your team so there is one payment made per team.
Team Spirit: Each team needs to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. We do have extra tickets on standby so please bring your friends and family!
If you’re unable to attend the quiz or sell a ticket please get in contact with the committee to organise collection of a box of chocolates to peddle instead! Every little bit goes towards the club.
Quiz Madness: The quiz will keep you on your toes for about 2 hours, with a well-deserved half-time break to refuel. After the quiz the dance floor will open up so we can continue the party.
Prizes Galore: The top quiz team will walk away with a prize There will be some spot prizes given out on the night too! How’s that for motivation?
Silent Auction Extravaganza: Thanks to some early hustling, we've got some auction goodies already, but we would really appreciate some more, so ask your family, friends, work or neighbours if they have anything they are able to donate to make this fundraiser a success. Auctions wrap up before the final quiz round, and winners are revealed at the end.
Games & Fun: Don’t forget to bring some coins for our bottle toss game—Geri’s checking the stash of bottles as we speak!
Important Extras: We’re sorting out gluten-free and vegetarian pizza options, so please let the committee know if you have dietary requirements so we can make sure we accommodate your needs.
Payment & Collection for Silent Auction: We will be asking for bank transfers for the Silent Auction items to ensure hassle-free payments. Silent auction items can be collected once payments are sorted.
