The Quincy Polar Plunge is a chance for you to support Special Olympic Illinois athletes in Quincy and the surrounding area, helping to provide them with life-changing programing. This includes year-round training and competition, as well as leadership, personal development, and health education opportunities. HOW it works: Register. Then use your personal plunge page to fundraise among friends, family, and co-workers. Raise a minimum of $100 and you'll get to jump into the freezing pool we will have set up at the Quincy University Football Stadium. Plus, you'll get an awesome Polar Plunge Hoodie to help you show off your success! Don't stop at $100 - we have other cool incentive prizes and awards if you raise more money.

The plunge will be Sunday, February 22nd at the Quincy University Football & Lacrosse Stadium, 1301 N 20th St, Quincy, IL 62301 and will take place at NOON.
· Plungers are encouraged to dress in almost anything, except for a wetsuit! There are awards for creativity outlined below.
· There will be awards & lunch immediately following the plunge at the Quincy University “Hall of Fame” room. This is located less than a mile away on the corner of N 20th & Oak Street.
· Lunch is FREE to all Plungers with a wristband and Plunge Volunteers. Non-plungers may eat for a donation.
