If you found this page, it means you have an interest in Quilty Pleasures Quilt Retreat coming July 12-14, 2024! This retreat will be filled with sewing, laughter, relaxation, shared quilt tips and experiences all weekend, at an affordable cost.
Bring your UFOs, machine and tools, for a three day, fun-filled retreat and sip and sew with likeminded quilters. Each quilter will have plenty of room to sew comfortably. Start each day with coffee or breakfast at local eateries where you can chat, flip through quilt magazines, or just relax. In between periods of quilting and creating beautiful projects, you can visit Sew Far North Quilt Studio (right next door) and other quaint shops on Main Street in Littleton. We will share ideas and help each other figure out design and fabric choice dilemmas.
There will be drawings for prizes, an evening of 'show and tell' on the projector where you submit two of your favorite creations to show off and tell all how you created your masterpiece.
The closest hotel is Thayer Hotel on Main Street in Littleton, as well as Hampton Inn on Meadow Street in Littleton, if you need to stay in town during the retreat. More information to follow on special group rates.
The cost of the retreat will be posted January 2024. Due to maximum capacity requirements, there will be a maximum number permitted. Registration for the event will open mid-January.
