Learn the basics of every step of quilt making with this beginner friendly throw. The traditional 9 patch quilt block is an excellent way to learn how to assemble a quilt top while the solid quilt blocks are a great way to showcase your favourite fabric.
Together, we will assemble a quilt top, learn how to assemble the three layers of a quilt, and then create binding to finish off the project. Completion of this project will solidify all the basics of quilting and prepare you for your future quilting addiction.
Some experience required: you should have basic machine sewing skills; how to thread, straight stitch, and back stitch. Sewing Machines are provided.
