In this beginner class you will learn to make a simple nine patch block and then we will explore all the different ways to assemble and alter this block to create dozens of different styled quilts.We will go over the tools of the trade, how to cut your fabric accurately, strip and chain piecing, assembling and finishing options.
This class consists of six two-hour classes, every other Saturday starting March 15th from 9am to 11am. (March 15, April 5th & 19th, May 3rd & 17th and June 7th)
The cost is $100 for all 6 classes (member price) or $150 for non-members. Click the following link to pay via Venmo. You will need a sewing machine (although I have one that I can let someone use in class if you don’t have one; 1st come, 1st serve)
Class is taught by Elizabeth Canfarelli. Elizabeth has been sewing for over 50 years and making quilts for well over 35 years. She will be bringing finished quilts to show for inspiration.
