AQR is excited to host Lynn Wheatley, of Lynn Wheatley Designs, for our Quiltapalooza® Special Event! Learn from Lynn how you too can create precise curves when working on Lynn's Featured patterns, Ellie's Blooms or her latest design Just Cuz! Both projects feature the Wonder Curve Ruler, by Sew Kind of Wonderful, a tool Lynn is well versed in using as a Certified Instructor! As well as the Tucker Trimmer I tool. You will master the use of both specialized tools, and MANY tips and tricks for Curved and Precision piecing during our 4-day Quiltapalooza® Special Event!
Lynn's passion is Quilting! Like Amy, Lynn's background is Engineering, with 30 years of experience in process and design, which she applies to quilt making. Lynn loves working through every step of the process to help students like yourself learn new skills and techniques, for all levels of quilters. You'll be sure to take away many wonderful tips and tricks from Lynn during our Quiltapalooza® Special Event!
You'll be finding the Curve Appeal during our 4-day Quiltapalooza® Special Event, beginning with a Thursday evening Trunk Show and Get to Know You session. After a good night’s rest, you will spend the next two days learning how to use your Wonder Curve and Tucker Trimmer I Tools to create the mesmerizing blocks of Lynn's patterns. After each day’s instruction and all day on Sunday, the classroom will remain open late for you to practice the skills you learned in class and to allow you to make progress with your quilt’s completion.

Other Information to know about the Event:
- All Breakfasts & Dinners are on your own. Guests are not required to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, but we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at a special rate that includes a hot breakfast.
- Every Guest is required to have their own ORIGINAL copy of the Quilt Pattern.
- Our Team will send out updates on this event to the email address with which you register. Please watch your emails and especially for our final registration email that goes out 60 days prior to the event.
- Precutting for this event will be included in the email that is sent to you 90 days prior to the event.
