This Yin and Breathwork journey is for all levels of experience. What matters is that you surrender to the present moment and travel where your body and mind take you. Also, bring a friend, let's embrace this peacful evening together cultivating stillness within ourselves.

There are some contraindications to be aware of if you have/are:
Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impair your ability to breathe
Severe uncontrolled hypertension
Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
Pregnant
Epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat
If these apply, the breath holds are advised to be avoided until speaking with a medical professional first.
